Leading international law firm based is looking for a new HRIS Analyst to work within their HR team to support all offices.
Hybrid working available for Bristol office (2 days in the office / 3 days remote)
Up to £45,000 per annum

HRIS Analyst Key Responsibilities:
Maintenance and support of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS)
Provide first line support in respect of all queries and issues raised by users
Maintain employee data in the HRIS
Create and maintain system documentation
Generate reports and analyse HR data to support decision-making and compliance
Develop a suite of self-serve reporting / dashboards to reduce the volume of ad-hoc requests Respond to third party data and information requests
Collate people data in relation to bulk renewal of practising certificates and memberships
Support the Reward & Benefits Manager with the production and analysis of data in relations to cyclical activity
Draft communications e.g., system upgrades and annual leave carryover
HRIS Analyst Key Skills & Requirements
Previous HRIS experience, ideally SAP Success Factors
Highly numerate and analytical with advanced MS Excel capabilities (vlookups, formulae and pivot tables essential)
HRIS report writing and dashboard creation with proficiency in Visio and Power BI
Ability to quickly master new software
Detail orientated with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
