HRIS Coordinator – US Law Firm – Hybrid Working

A prestigious US law firm is looking to hire a new HRIS Coordinator to join the London office on a permanent basis to provide detailed functional support, including data entry and documentation for HR systems and processes and reports, working within the wider HR Systems, Benefits & Rewards team.  This role offers agile working plus a salary of up to £45,000 on offer plus fantastic benefits.

Responsibilities will include:
• Provides support for the Payroll and Professional Resources groups analyzing needs and resolving issues.
• Provides required data and analysis for various Firm compensation and salary surveys
• Assists in projects to streamline processes and decrease manual efforts where applicable.
• Uses PS Query, SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services and Excel for ad-hoc reporting.
• Completes assigned projects in a timely manner, within set project resources.
• Ensures minimal disruption of system by coordination, testing and auditing before changes are implemented.
• Provides functional guidance to team members, staff and users.
• Keeps management informed of project progress and problems, as needed, particularly related to schedule, progress, or product.
• Ensures data integrity.
• Assists with user interface and process testing as it relates to application upgrades, tax upgrades and new development.
• Supports the setup and implementation of annual staff performance appraisals.
• Administration and support of HR systems, including but not limited to the on-boarding and content management systems.

The successful HRIS Coordinator must have previous HRIS experience within a professional services organisation, preferably a law firm, in addition to knowledge of DPR and employment legislation, strong policy and procedure experience and excellent written, organisation and communication skills.  A salary of up to £45,000 is on offer, plus excellent benefits.
