A prestigious US Law Firm based in stunning offices in the City is looking to hire a new Attorney Recruiting Assistant to join them on a temporary basis, providing support with attorney recruiting-related tasks an procedures. Our client would consider candidates keen on a permanent position, temp to perm position and ongoing temporary position. Responsibilities will include, posting new positions on external websites, liaising with recruiting agencies, organising incoming CVs and applications, assisting with scheduling and coordinating interviews, printing application details and preparing interview materials, compiling interview evaluations, preparing monthly reports for the US regarding open positions, sending out terms and conditions to recruiters and maintaining records of information, sending out interview confirmations to recruiters, being responsible for the management and data entry of all applicant records, ensuring data privacy forms have been completed, acting as a first point of contact for the department, creating and maintaining departmental files, assisting in the preparation of materials of training and any other duties when required. Candidates should have a good working knowledge of the standard Microsoft Office programmes as well as excellent communication skills, be a real team player and have a professional approach to work. Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm, however candidates should have a flexible attitude to their work and previous HR experience within a law firm would be highly advantageous.
