Our client, a renowned and prestigious international law firm are currently looking to add an Information Assistant to their Information Services Team – working alongside an Information Officer and reporting into the Senior Information Manager, ensuring the smooth running, maintenance and development of the firm’s hardcopy library / collection.


Duties will include maintaining the departmental libraries and the archive; shelving books and journals and shelf-tidying and managing the circulation of library books within the firm as well as providing loose-leaf file updates and assisting in maintaining the online library management system .


The successful candidate will ideally have a library and information qualification and have one year’s experience within a professional services environment (ideally a law firm).
