A leading international firm based in the heart of the city is seeking a new IT Support Specialist to work directly under the London IT Support Manager.
• Salary up to £57,000

IT Support Specialist Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct 1st and 2nd line technical support for all office users.
• Support and troubleshoot both computer and telecommunications-related issues: software, hardware, network devices, printers, and smartphones.
• Cisco Phones setup).
• Imaging and deploying machines.
• Mobility support
• Assist with training system users as required on all aspects of computer Technology.
• Participate in monthly, after-hours, on-call rotation for assigned offices and other international offices.
• Maintain accurate equipment inventory.
IT Support Specialist Key Skills & Requirements:
• At least 2 years’ IT experience within a Law Firm.
• Good knowledge of PC Hardware and Software – Windows Operating System 10 and MS Office 2016 & M365
• Smartphone devices (Android, Apple & BlackBerry)
