Growing and well established international law firm is looking to hire an experienced IT Learning Manager / IT Trainer to be responsible for their firmwide IT training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. This strategy will support and promote an ambitious roadmap of changes to their technology with the focus being on the adoption of business technology by all employees, on a global scale, to allow them to be effective in their role, this will include remote, eLearning, classroom, interactive and one-to-one sessions. This role will report in to the Head of IT and / or Head of L&D where you will have strong collaboration by taking the lead on IT training initiatives and execution.   Applicants should have previous IT training management experience with a minimum of 5 years from a legal, professional services or finance environment, ideally be TAP accredited and have a passion and enthusiasm for training and learning new software/hardware.  Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with a salary of £60,000.
