A top international law firm is looking to hire a new Junior AV Technician to join a team of 2 on a permanent basis to assist the team on providing high quality, customer-focussed support for the firms AV and meeting room technologies. The role will offer agile working, 3 days in the office, 2 from home plus the hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of £32,000 is on offer.
Responsibilities for the Junior AV Technician will include providing high-quality service for clients, employees and partners, ensuring a first-rate customer experience, offering professional, high-quality, expertise, advice and support for all AV and meeting room equipment, supporting Teams-enabled meeting room devices and connected microphones and cameras, including setup, configuration and hardware troubleshooting, Microsoft Teams support, with a particular focus on meetings and live events, assisting internal teams and clients in the setup of live, hybrid and virtual events, delivering the highest quality face-to-face, virtual and hybrid meetings, conferences, and events, supporting external events and conferencing platforms such as Zoom, Webex, Skype, Blue Jeans and others.
Candidates need to have excellent customer services skills, strong communication, written and organisation skills and ideally previous experience working within AV / Technology within meeting rooms. The role is offering exceptional benefits and a salary of up to £32,000 plus agile working.
