Junior IT Analyst – Leading UK Law Firm – Generous Salary & Benefits

A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new Junior IT/Service Desk Analyst to join the growing London office on a permanent basis to work within the team providing support and troubleshooting assistance.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm with a salary of up to £30,000 on offer.

 

Responsibilities will include the logging of incidents, requests and problems, end to end resolution of 1st line support tickets, working with people at all levels of the firm to proactively ensure productivity and that issues are quickly and professionally resolved, monitoring open calls, ensuring resolutions and appropriate updates are carried out, initial response and diagnosis of hardware issues, ensure logging, tracking and updating of service management system via ITIL based processes, preparation of documentation and gathering of information to knowledge share with team, suggest and develop ideas for improving service quality and customer satisfaction.

 

This would be a perfect opportunity for someone with fantastic customer services experience, looking to move into a IT role.  Someone with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows 10 and someone who has the confidence to speak to all staff members.  A salary of up to £30,000 is on offer, plus fantastic benefits.
