Our client is a leading global law firm – they are now looking to recruit a Junior Legal PA to join their team in London. You will be providing a polished support service to Partners, Directors, Associates and Trainees within their busy Construction team.
You will ideally have previous Team Administrator / Secretarial experience gained from a recognised law firm.
The standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £35,000 + benefits. This role is a permanent position, and the client are currently using a hybrid working approach (3 days in the office, 2 from home).
This is a fantastic Junior Legal PA opportunity to join a highly regarded City Law firm!
Responsibilities as a Junior Legal PA:
• Support lawyers in marketing and BD activities
• Enter new contact information onto the CRM system
• Assist with BD pitches
• Assist lawyers in the billing and credit control process
• Manage diaries, ensuring they are up to date
• Arrange meetings, book conference rooms, refreshments / catering
• Liaise with Learning & Development Department regarding
• Arrange for travel bookings and related details, including travel itineraries and expenses
Requirements as a Junior Legal PA:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience gained from a recognised law firm
• Previous Team Administrator / Secretarial experience gained from a law firm
• Fast, accurate typing skills
• Excellent communication, organisational and team skills
• Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
