A prestigious US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Knowledge Services Assistant on a permanent basis who will be responsible for assisting the International and US Knowledge Services teams with providing dedicated support for the Knowledge Management Attorneys and other Attorneys with KM responsibilities across the firm. Responsibilities will include assisting with the development and maintenance of new and existing practice group sites in SharePoint, adding links to internal documents, external research tools and relevant websites, requesting and obtaining new knowledge materials from Attorneys, maintaining directories of referral contacts using the firm’s CRM system and SharePoint, monitoring outlook mail boxes for communications relating to deal tracker submissions and respond to emails when appropriate, assisting with the collection and validation of data for internal deal trackers in SharePoint and other platforms, managing the content and organization of KM folders in the Firm’s document management system and working closely with the KMs to help prepare and deliver regular practice specific newsletters using the Vable publishing tool. Candidates need to be educated at degree level, with experience within an administrative or library function within a law firm being desirable.  Candidates must have strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication and organisation skills and the passion to want to work within a library/knowledge team.
