Top-ranked UK law firm is looking for a highly motivated and experienced L&D (Learning & Development) Assistant to join their London based team, playing a crucial role in facilitating and maintaining a supportive learning culture within the firm.

The L&D Assistant will report to the L&D Manager and will be responsible for assisting in the designing, implementing, and running of comprehensive L&D programs for legal and business professionals.

 

Key Responsibilities of the L&D Assistant:

 

  • Provide administrative support for the firm’s learning programmes, resources and events
  • Assist in rolling out and promoting upcoming events and training opportunities across the firm
  • Liaise with members of the Firm to assist with general queries
  • Manage expenses and payments using the Firm’s software (Chrome River)
  • Assist with the creation of training materials
  • Assist with the management of the Firm’s Learning Management System
  • Support the wider L&D & Knowledge teams when required

 

Skills & Experience of the L&D Assistant:

 

  • An interest in Learning & Development processes and the use of innovative technology to further learning solutions in the Legal industry
  • Confident with IT and software including MS Office
  • Proactive with good attitude to learn and initiative
  • Experience within legal or similar professional services are beneficial however not essential
