Our International Law Firm client is expanding its global HR team with a brand-new L&D Manager role based in the Netherlands. The firm are looking for someone who is well versed in all aspects of the L&D function and will be able to lead a local team and work in cohesion with the wider global firm. The ideal candidate will have knowledge good knowledge of the HR function as a whole and be comfortable with all aspects of learning and development having proven experience of performing an L&D role with exposure to multiple client groups and stakeholders in their career. The role will involve designing, developing, new and innovative learning techniques and solutions with the aim to improve and grow the business. The role will be multi-faceted, and the candidate will be responsible for the L&D of fee earners, senior staff and business support. The candidate will have the opportunity to get involved with multiple international and regional projects and develop the wider curriculum for all levels of staff.


Experience working alongside senior staff members and being able to engage with and put forward ideas and suggestions with confidence is key. The successful candidate must be able to voice their views and be heard and manage relationships with stakeholders tactfully. The L&D function will work closely with all other specialist HR areas in order to maintain a forward thinking and progressive working environment that values its employees. Candidates must be proactive, team players who can comprehend the effects their work will have in the Firm and its global teams. This is a full-time role and will pay up to £75,000.
