A top UK Law firm is looking to hire a new LMS Administrator on a permanent basis. The aim of this role will be to support the HR & Learning & Development Team with all secretarial and administration duties related to the Learning Management System and will report directly into the Head of L&D.  This role will be to work 9.30am – 5.30pm, two days a week in the office, 3 at home and a salary of up to £33,000 is on offer plus great benefits. This can be a part time of full-time role.

The role of the LMS Administrator will be to provide full support in implementing a new LMS system to the firm and ensuring its continued use, administration, and development. The LMS Administrator will work closely with the L&D team, Knowledge team, Knowledge Lawyers, and IT teams to ensure the Firms strategy is adhered to and ensure the new LMS system is functioning to full effectiveness. The role will include managing the current LMS system alongside assisting the team in sourcing and finding a new LMS provide to launch in January 2023, and assist with data migration, content management, LMS training and championing the new LMS system ahead of the launch. The LMS Administrator will be a key internal contact for all LMS queries and issues, escalating these when necessary, daily administration and upkeep of the new and old system, managing courses and attending / hosting events, collating feedback, making continuous improvements and training individuals on how to use the LMS.


Candidates must have strong administrational skills and must have at least 2 years’ experience working with LMS system ideally in a Law Firm or similar professional services environment.  Candidates must be tech literate and ideally have previous experience working on projects. The LMS Administrator must be a team player, be approachable and be able to work with staff at all levels.
