Our prestigious UK company in the arts sector are seeking a Legal and Employment Relations Administrator to join them for an initial 3-month period with the potential to develop into a full-time role further down the line. The offices are based in the West End on the heart of Covent Garden. The client representing theatre owners, managers, and producers, and are based in the heart of Covent Garden. The Legal and Employment Relations Administrator will be tasked with engaging with members, being a first point of contacting for vetting any queries and passing onto the respective teams. Candidates will assist teams and team leaders with a range of tasks including minute taking, inbox and diary management, e-filing and other ad-hoc duties as required. The client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organised individual with excellent interpersonal skills who will provide first-class administrative support to both the Legal and Employment Relations teams. Candidates must be ready to start immediately, and previous legal or administration experience would be greatly beneficial.
