A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new Client Administrator to offer first class administrative support to Fee Earners and Legal Secretaries within their London office on a permanent basis, in order to process all required compliance and billing administration for client matters. Responsibilities will include managing the CMI process by ensuring all activities adhere to risk and compliance requirements, liaising with the Compliance Team to complete the process, arranging calls and meeting with fee earners to go through file management of open matters, running conflict checks, ensuring conflict results are reviewed by the matter associate, supporting on case-related work, completing tasks for matters and files including drafting engagement letters and maintaining client/matter data, organising and maintaining soft copy files, submitting searched, taking responsibility for processing bills, printing bill letters, finalising financial statements and any other ad hoc duties when required. The client is looking for enthusiastic, hardworking candidates who work well within a busy team and have recent administrative experience gained within a law firm, specifically withing residential or commercial property. Candidates must also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and have a flexible attitude to their work. Standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm.
