Our prestigious international law firm client is currently looking for a HR Manager to join them on an initial 12 month basis, this role will be working with the Corporate & Finance Practice groups. There are two fundamental focuses of this role, the first will be to provide day-to-day HR support and advice relating to fee-earners and the second will be to support the Head of HR with HR projects and process improvement locally & globally. This is a great opportunity to work within a fast paced environment with a fantastic team (both upwards and downwards) and gain exposure to varying project work whilst still providing generalist HR support. The main duties will include working closely with the Business Leaders in achieving their strategic objectives and delivering operational targets, raising the profile and extending the credibility of the HR Business Partner service. Candidates must be CIPD qualified and have extensive experience dealing with ER issues, with stakeholder management and also working within an ever changing fast paced environment. Candidates should have a background working within a law firm/professional services environment.  This role is working remotely at present with a view to following guidelines however this firm is very prominent in encouraging flexible working so should you have any specific need please be confident it can be facilitated. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm.  Salary is generous within market rates.
