Leading US law firm housed in stunning offices based near Liverpool Street/Fenchurch Street is looking to hire a new Corporate Legal PA to work for one of their Practice Group Heads who is one of most highly regarded solicitors in the world and known for being a rainmaking magnate of the legal world. This is a position for someone who wants to work at the most senior level and get experience of everything – this is a full-on PA role where organisation is key, assisting with Business Development, Personal PA work, managing ever-changing diaries, the team is growing a Hong Kong presence so all travel and coordination on this, being strong gatekeepers, assist with fee-earner recruitment organisation, assisting with Associate appraisal organisation … basically everything is on the table for you to get involved with but the most important thing is someone who can work with busy and often unavailable Partners but still be one/two/three steps ahead.
This firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Legal PA with at least 5 years’ Legal PA experience, preferably within a Corporate/Company Commercial/Finance department including having worked at Partner level within a busy role where you are able to work proactive without instruction at times, previous US law firm experience would be beneficial however not a must as this role is really about someone who wants a challenging and rewarding role where you have true accountability in your role to help assist with the success of the practice group.
Corporate Legal PA standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm with a salary of £53,500 and a hybrid working pattern of 4 days in the office and 1 day working remotely.
