Legal PA Tax, Immigration & Private Client – UK Law Firm – Hybrid Working

A prestigious UK Law Firm based in the West-End is looking to hire a new Legal PA to work in the Private Client, Immigration & Tax team on a permanent basis to support at least one Partner and a team of Associates.  This firm is expanding, integrated and hugely generous with benefits offering free on-site gym classes and free lunch for all staff every day!  The role will be working 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home.

 

Responsibilities will include reporting to the Resources Manager and proactively working as part of the PA Team to support an allocated number of Partners and lawyers and ensuring consistencies in support levels are delivered and that policies and procedures are adhered to, liaising with the Document Services Operators (DSOs) to co-ordinate the production and amendment of documents and transcription of dictations, managing Partners’ and lawyers’ diaries and arrange appointments (both internal and external), organising travel, accommodation and transfers as appropriate and pro-actively preparing complex travel itineraries for each trip, managing administration of meetings, including collation of documentation required, forward planning and thinking of requirements before and after Partners’ and lawyers’ meetings, using judgement to manage workload issues; take ownership of enquiries and ensure other issues are referred/delegated to the appropriate person and dealt with in a timely fashion, maintain up-to-date contact details for clients and all other contacts using Interaction, prepare and submit expenses when required, regularly meet with the Partners to prepare for monthly Billing/WIP management; produce the billing narratives and cover letters and liaising with the billing team to ensure accurate and prompt billing and manage electronic filing systems.

 

The successful Legal PA must have extensive Legal Secretarial experience, within a similar department, strong written, communication and organisational skills. Standard Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a generous salary is on offer plus fantastic benefits.
