Our growing and successful international Law firm client is recruiting a new Legal Recruitment Executive to join them in their London office on a permanent basis. This role will provide key support to both the Legal Recruiting function for the London office team, candidates with an understanding of the legal world and with recruitment experience in this sector would be highly desirable. A salary of up to £40,000 is on offer plus fantastic benefits and a generous hybrid working structure of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home.

Candidates will need to have previous legal experience, ideally recruiting lawyers. The Legal Recruitment Executive will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruiting legal staff in addition to monitoring all applications and staying up to date on candidates’ progress throughout the recruitment process. The Legal Recruitment Executive will directly support the Legal Recruitment Manager and will be responsible for assisting the hiring process of all Associates and Senior Associates through scheduling interviews, creating, organising, and maintaining interview materials and manage the offer and acceptance process and documentation that goes alongside.

Legal Recruitment Executive must have experience working within an in house or agency recruitment role. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a passion for the profession and understand the value of the recruiting function to an organisation’s overall legal talent strategy.  Candidates who can perform in a fast-paced, client service-oriented environment and naturally work with a highly proactive and professional attitude would be preferred. The Legal Recruitment Executive will have strong interpersonal and client servicing skills and a good technical aptitude for office related software’s. Confidentiality and discretion are key in this role. The core hours for this role will be 9:30am- 5:30pm with a flexible approach around the needs of the business. Salary for this role will be up to £40,000 plus fantastic benefits and hybrid working.
