Are you seeking a Legal Secretary opportunity to join a City law firm? Then this could be the role for you! Paying up to £27,500 + benefits + hybrid working!

Prestigious City of London law firm are seeking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their friendly Housing Management and Property Litigation team.

You will ideally have previous Legal Secretary experience gained from a recognised law firm and be competent in the use of MS Office.

Legal Secretary duties involved:
• Audio and Copy typing
• Diary management for fee earners
• Preparing travel itineraries
• Formatting and amending documents
• Dealing with client calls and emails
• File openings
• Producing invoices
• General administrative support for the department

This is a full-time permanent role. The firm operate a hybrid working policy although for the first month this would initially be office based to familiarise yourself with the role/team. Salary for this role is up to £27,500.
