Our prestigious UK client in the arts sector is seeking a Legal Team Coordinator to join them on a permanent basis. The offices are based in the West End in the heart of Covent Garden surrounded by their strong Theatre client base. The client represents theatre owners, managers, and producers.
With this Legal Team Coordinator role supporting the in-house legal and ER departments our client is most keen to hire a bright, technically confident, hardworking and strong coordinator ideally with previous Legal PA experience who is looking to move in-house and take on a more accountable position as you will also work with C-Suite members for the organisation, Companies House, the Head of Membership and Marketing Teams.
The Legal Team Coordinator is the first point of client contact for the Legal and ER teams and in this role you will be tasked with engaging with members, vetting enquiries and passing onto the respective teams, dealing with ER & employment queries, Immigration and VISA queries, IP issues, Tax, GDPR and dealing with unions. The Legal Team Coordinator will also be tasked with assisting with online media, internal and external communications, using the CRM database, diary and inbox management, e-filing and any other ad hoc duties as required.
Our client is looking to pay a salary of up to £42,000 for their new Legal Team Coordinator plus access to personal development and training opportunities and a unique insight into the world of the arts and professional theatre and should you have an interest in the arts and theatre then this would be a great opportunity to get to know how the sector works from the inside. A proactive and initiative taking approach will be needed. Standard working hours for this role are 9:30am-5:30pm with a hybrid working pattern in place of 50/50.
