Legal Training Coordinator

Outstanding US Law firm who is dedicated to hiring and developing the best and brightest is looking to hire a new Training Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting the Training & Career Enhancement Committee by coordinating and administering all legal training and professional development activities for the attorneys in the London office.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Dealing with all queries related to professional qualification courses and exams, providing guidance and assistance on the registration process and regularly updating the tracking record.
  • Liaising with the compliance team on the registration and results of individual attorneys.
  • Working with the global attorney training team on academy related queries, such as roster information and notifying them of any relevant lateral hires.
  • Supporting the London Pro Bono Committee members with administrative tasks and special projects, as needed.
  • Supporting London Training & Career Enhancement Committee members with all administrative tasks related to academies and other global educational events, local projects and programmes.
  • Acting as a representative of the training team in administering training induction talks to all new attorney joiners.


Applicant requirements:


  • Have demonstrable knowledge of the Learning & Development process in a professional environment with particular emphasis on continuing professional development.
  • Have gained administrative experience in a corporate environment, ideally with at least one year in a Learning & Development role.
  • Professional Services experience would be advantageous • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Meticulous attention to detail • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively


This role is paying the generous salary of £45,000 with potential flexibility and are looking for someone who has passion for training and watching the career development of others.  Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm
