A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join our prestigious US law firm client as a Legal PA in their Litigation team on a permanent basis. You will be providing a first-class support service to Partners and Fee Earners within the team, where responsibilities will include a wide-ranging remit from extensive diary, event and meeting management and will also include supporting the marketing and business development team (production of newsletters and articles, some involvement with marketing pitches, assisting with cataloguing of pitches and marketing materials and developing and building strong relationships with key clients). Other duties will include extensive billing, time entry, the preparation n of new business forms, and complex travel arrangements. A salary of up to £53,500 is on offer plus excellent benefits.
The Litigation Legal PA will work in a very specialised team made up of internationally acclaimed lawyers, with a fantastic reputation in the market and as you will be dealing with high-profile individuals, discretion will be essential – additionally, any understanding of international travel and Visa applications will also be advantageous.
The Successful Litigation Legal PA must have previous Litigation experience within a top law firm, excellent written, organisation and communication skills in addition to advances Microsoft office and diary management skills. The core hours for the Litigation Legal PA will be 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role is paying up to £53,500 plus exceptional benefits and agile working, with the team working 1 day a week remotely.
