Top UK Law firm is hiring an Executive Assistant to support their busy Management Board & Partnership, offering a generous hybrid pattern and a friendly, collaborative workplace culture.

  • Hybrid working of two days in the office, three remote
  • Salary is Competitive & Experience Dependent
  • Standard working hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced EA to join a top Law Firm and work with leading Executives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a running list of potential agenda topics aligned to the Board’s calendar of meetings and collating and preparing information for meetings, both internal and external. Producing and circulating agendas and supporting papers
  • Minuting, refining/finalising and circulating minutes and action points for Management Board, Departmental Managing Partners, Equity Partners and other committee meetings
  • Maintaining records of discussion and decisions made by the Board; maintaining hard copy and electronic files
  • Assisting with discrete Firm matters.
  • This role will, when appropriate support many Executives including but, not limited to the Board, the CFO, Risk Team, IT Director
  • Preparing presentations for meetings and presentations as required
  • Ensure correct and safe filing of into the Firm’s document management system
  • Assisting in the organisation of various events and conferences throughout the calendar year
  • Assisting Committees within the firm
  • Liaising with the firms Trustees

The Executive Assistant will have extensive prior experience providing organised, proficient and proactive PA support at a senior level, be an excellent communicator in both verbal and written forms, and have an exceptional eye for detail. The Executive Assistant will handle all matters with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
