Marketing Executive – UK Law Firm – Chancery Lane

An ambitious Marketing Executive is required to join this Private Client specialist UK law firm based in Chancery Lane.

 

The Marketing Executive will provide collaborative support the Marketing Director working in a small team. Their roles are completely interlinked and overlapping therefore the incoming Marketing Executive will need to have an understanding of how the different disciplines in marketing work collaboratively together (PR, Events, Digital). Having a passionate understanding and interest in law is essential. The Partners will expect the Marketing Executive to be up to speed with industry relevant news, coming up with thoughts and ideas of how our solicitors can comment on stories in the media around law and public policy.

 

This is a permanent full-time Marketing Executive position offering a salary of 35k, the role is based in the office four days a week with Fridays as a WFH day.

 

The Marketing Executive will be required to;

 

  • Social Media and Sharing news articles ensuring any mentions of the firm and its solicitors in media is posted to the website and promoted in social media within a time sensitive period
  • Proactively overseeing the publishing of opinion articles written by the solicitors but informed by a brief that you research and generate articles
  • Essential Guide FAQ Articles: Proactively overseeing the publishing of FAQ articles written by the solicitors but informed by a brief that you research and generate
  • Working with a Digital Marketing Agency to support the launch of the firm’s profile
  • Website Maintenance, reviewing and improving the functionality and performance of website including: copywriting and proofreading of digital content
  • Monthly Reporting: completion of monthly score card report using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Liaising with the design team on creating, editing and publishing brochures, pitches and newsletters
  • Support in coordinating events from inception to follow up
  • Attending hosted events, ensuring smooth operation and acting as an ambassador and representative of the firm
  • Keeping updated relevant best practice guidance, databases, marketing lists and target list

 

The Marketing Executive will preferably hold a degree in Marketing, Business or related field as well as 2 years minimum experience of working in either a law firm or professional services environment working directly with UHNWI. You will have e-marketing,  hosting events (in-person and virtual), and copywriting experience.
