Office Manager – Successful US Law Firm

Highly successful US law firm is looking to hire an Office Manager for this newly created position for their London office, who are expanding rapidly.  Working closely with the Managing Partner (London) and the US, responsibilities will include integrating new lawyers and support staff as well as overseeing office operations:


  • Human Resources / Recruitment
  • Finance
  • Operations
  • Risk & Compliance
  • Facilities Management
  • Office moves / space planning


The ideal candidate will have at least five years of management experience, ideally in a law firm (or will consider a professional services organisation). Experience in administrative personnel management, facilities, creative problem-solving, and working as a business partner will be critical to success. Candidates must be results-oriented, have excellent organisational, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels within the firm.
