We are recruiting an Operations Administrator to join our tight-knit team and ensure the day-to-day smooth running of the business. The Operations Administrator will report to the Operations Manager, taking ownership of a number of administrative tasks, responsibility for social media and assisting with key projects to enhance operational effectiveness. This is a permanent position with standard working hours from 9:00 to 17:30. The ideal candidate will have 6 months’ experience in an administrative role and be able to work autonomously, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Operations Administrator:

  • Maintaining spreadsheets and systems, tracking all recruitment activity and ensuring filing in compliance with company systems
  • Ensuring all advertising is up-to-date and optimised
  • Responsible for administrative tasks including candidate testing, responding to reference requests and editing CVs to comply with house style
  • Taking a lead in creation of social media content, to be posted on our website, LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Assisting with the planning, coordination and execution of events, both internal and client
  • Providing assistance with key projects, including upgrade to CRM and company website
  • Reception duties to include managing ‘Contact’ inbox and answering and screening incoming calls

Key Skills and Experience of the Operations Administrator:

  • 6 months’ proven experience as an administrative assistant, or in a similar role
  • Have good academics and be quick to pick up new things
  • Possess excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication skills and a ‘can-do’ attitude
  • Be highly organised and able to both work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
