Payroll Coordinator (Part-Time) – US Law Firm – Generous Salary & Benefits

A leading US law firm based in the heart of the city is looking to hire a new Payroll Coordinator to join the London office on a Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on a permanent basis.  The successful Payroll Coordinator will work closely with the Payroll Officer and International Finance Manager.  The salary for this role is up to £45,000 FTE, plus excellent benefits and agile working.

 

Responsibilities for the Payroll Coordinator will include:

 

  • Process all international payroll changes on a monthly basis ensuring a high level of accuracy and working with Payroll Providers as necessary
  • Process all new joiners and leavers with international payroll providers as necessary, ensuring correct tax treatment and compliance with those jurisdictions requirements
  • Adding new joiners and calculating the monthly pension scheme uploads for various jurisdictions
  • Reconciling monthly, any outstanding or trailing pension contributions.
  • Processing all Tax & Pension payments to the relevant Authorities in each jurisdiction.
  • Attend relevant webinar/seminars to keep up to date with changes in payroll legislation.
  • Deal with any payroll related queries from employees.
  • Assumes responsibility for maintaining the highest level of confidentiality of all financial and systems-related information.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, developments and new technologies affecting the Accounts Payable function.

 

The successful Payroll Coordinator must have a minimum of two years experience working within a similar team and confident using ADP – in addition they need to have excellent attention to detail, communication and organisational skills.  This role is to work 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday) and a salary of £45,000 FTE is on offer plus excellent benefits
