Practice Support Coordinator

One of our London based Law firm clients is looking to recruit a new Practice Coordinator to assist with supporting the practice and making sure all aspects of the practice are operation smoothly, working closely with Practice Managers and Partners of the firm and other high-level stakeholders. The role will include lots of exposure to a range of areas within the practice and undertake tasks related to compliance, IT, Human Resources, maintaining the office and intranet and other administrative tasks when required.

 

The duties for this role will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting with SRA Compliance including Diversity Surveys and PII and Practice Certificates
  • Notifications and annual returns for AC to Companies House
  • Annual ICO registration
  • helping onboard new clients including AML checks
  • Keeping IT software and licenses up to date and logging any issues
  • Working with building manager to resolve issues on site and arranging H&S and Fire Marshall duties.
  • New starters and leavers, induction and exits and assisting with absence records
  • Producing initial drafts of template HR documents such as deeds of confidentiality
  • Keeping the absence records up to date
  • Maintaining the firms intranet
  • Various other administrative tasks when required

 

The ideal candidate will be someone who is accustomed to working in a busy office environment and who can prioritise a buy and varied workload efficiently. Computer literacy and ability to adapt and learn new IT software and systems is essential. Client facing experience would also be beneficial. Candidates must have a strong eye for details and be willing to get involved in the business. Standard working hours for this role are 9:30am – 5:30pm with a flexible attitude should the need be required. Salary for this role will be up to £30,000
