One of our top US Law Firm Clients is on the search for a Professional Development Coordinator. This firm care greatly for their employees and this role will assist in the Learning and development of all workers across the firm.  We are looking for an organised and diligent candidate who is able to provide key support to their team and further the progression and training of Fee Earners, Associates and Trainees. Main responsibilities will include but are not limited to, work with relevant team members to monitor and support compliance with all other applicable continuing professional education requirements for lawyers in Europe. Collect, organise, and submit written materials and other program documentation to obtain approval for Firm-sponsored educational programs. Interpreting feedback for firmwide conference across the country and for professional development initiatives as well as preparing summary reports and recognising and recommending adjustments. You must be familiar with LMS Systems and utilise the firm’s learning management system for all learning events (registration, reminders, attendance tracking and online course completions). Other duties include; Managing program and meeting logistics, including recruiting presenters; scheduling programs and meetings, securing conference rooms and necessary AV/IT support, coordinating room set-up and materials, and troubleshooting as needed. Candidates should ideally have previously worked within a HR space with previous professional development/learning & development experience being a bonus from within a law firm or similar professional services environment. Standard hours will be either 9am to 5pm or 9:30am – 5:30pm with a flexible attitude required as you may be expected to work outside of these hours should the need arise. The role is paying between £30,000- £35,000 and offers a great range of benefits.
