Rapidly expanding US law firm is seeking to recruit a Professional Development & Training Advisor to join their Newly Built L&D tea. Responsibilities will include supporting the Senior Manager with associate skills training programmes (i.e., networking, people management, BD skills), supporting the Senior Manager with the coordination of the associate technical training skills programmes, incorporating the SRA competency framework, including liaising with speakers (internal and external) on content and materials, working with HR to design and implement the trainee induction programme, coordinating all internal and external training for trainees, including the PSC course pre-employment, working with Senior Manager and various internal stakeholders to coordinate the delivery of skills training to London business support, using internal and external resources, working with the U.S. Senior Manager of Business Support Training (and the Senior Manager, London) to coordinate the Trusted Advisor capabilities training, as well as other firm wide programmes, coordinating with London functional heads to run functional technical programmes, as and when applicable. Applicants must also be hardworking, professional and confident to take on anything that is given to them plus being advanced on MS Office is a huge bonus.
