Our prestigious international Law Firm client is currently looking to recruit a Programme Executive into its growing Centre for Legal Leadership (CLL) team. This role will support the Head of CLL and work alongside other executives to further grow the team and business. The principle focus of this role will be to maintain and develop key client relationships and monitoring and analysing data. This role will report directly into the Head of CLL, candidates will be tasked with running the Advisory Panel and supporting its members and the project management of venture.

 

Duties of this role are varied and the role itself has a good level of autonomy, candidates must be open to carrying out a range of duties and cover for other team members when required. Main duties will be based around client and relationship management with existing external stakeholders, providing superb levels of service and being the first line of response to queries and issues. Candidates will also need to grow existing and new relationships and help the CLL team evolve successfully, managing a range of projects in the process. Other duties will include but are not limited to:

 

  • Managing external ‘Networking Forums’ including scheduling programmes.
  • Assisting with new governance and advisory panel structure.  Managing panel meetings and organisation and support of the panel when required.
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting management information across the whole programme for the Head of CLL .  Preparing draft submissions of data to build on CLL’s existing programme.
  • Social Media and website management and content creation across all platforms.
  • Working on structuring marketing campaigns and accompanying content in line with the overall programme
  • Promotion of CLL internally and externally and acting as an ambassador for both.
  • Hosting of events and training ‘on the day’ in absence of Head of CLL.

 

Candidates must have strong administrative capabilities and proof of working within a busy professional services environment. Candidates must be strong team players and able to work independently, with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Successful candidates will be computer literate and able to quickly grasp new software and systems.  Core hours for this role will be 9:30am- 5:30pm with an agile and very flexible working pattern. The salary on offer is up to £40,000.
