A prestigious City law firm is seeking to hire a new Real Estate Paralegal to join their busy Real Estate team in the London office on a permanent basis

 

Salary £32,000

Potential to transition to Training Contract

Hybrid working 2 days in the office 3 days from home

9:30am to 5:30pm

 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Real Estate Paralegal to join the firms busy and supportive Real Estate team. Gaining experience across all aspects of the property sector, you will work with an impressive array of clients.  Although no guarantee, this firm has a proud history of promoting from within their Paralegal team for their Trainee hires by offering them Training Contracts.

 

Real Estate Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Perform legal and factual research – researching the most valid arguments, reviewing case facts, identifying the relevant laws and ensuring all other relevant information is considered in a case.
  • Prepare and file land registry application forms and SDLT applications.
  • Organise, analyse, cross-check, and validate information.
  • Prepare written reports.
  • Help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations, and motions.
  • Prepare correspondence and proofread legal documents.
  • Check legal forms and documents for accuracy.
  • Maintain and organise case and reference files.
  • Review and monitor new and updated regulations.
  • Deal with post-completion matters such as the creation of completion bibles.
  • Assist in researching and drafting articles and business development materials for current affairs in relation to the Real Estate sector.

Skills as a Real Estate Paralegal:

  • Degree educated, or equivalent.
  • Completion of LPC.
  • Previous Paralegal experience desired.
  • Ability to perform legal research.
  • In depth knowledge of legal terminology and principles.
  • The ability to analyse legal documents for accuracy.
