Prestigious UK law firm is seeking a Reception Coordinator on a permanent basis to provide a polished support service to their team in the City of London. This is a full-time office-based position.

Key Responsibilities for the Reception Coordinator:

• Meeting and greeting with clients and visitors and liaising and interacting with ground floor reception
• Monitoring the Reception Inbox, answering calls and taking messages
• Booking rooms, meetings, and appointments
• Setting up meeting rooms, including meeting rooms with video conferencing
• Printing, scanning, photocopying, and faxing
• Diary management
• Filing and Typing

Key Requirements for the Reception Coordinator:

• Experience of working within a similar role within a law firm or professional services setting
• Full working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Positive and proactive attitude
• Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
