Recruitment Administrator – Prestigious International Law Firm – Hybrid Working

Our successful International Law Firm client is looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator to join the London office on a permanent basis working with a growing and busy team. The Recruitment Administrator will closely work with the Recruitment Manager and Coordinator. This role will offer a generous hybrid working structure of 2 days a week in the office and the rest from home.


Responsibilities working with the Recruitment Manager will include will include formatting job descriptions, uploading vacancies to external websites, liaising with recruitment agencies, candidates and internal stakeholders to schedule and coordinate a large number of interviews, including sending out interview confirmation, continually review existing recruitment administrative processes and procedures, suggesting any efficiencies or improvements as noticed, assisting the recruitment manager in managing the London recruitment inbox, producing contracts of employment, coordinating the conflicts clearance and background screening processes for new joiners and preparing induction timetables for new hires.


It is preferred for Recruitment Administrator to have previous legal or professional services experience, however not essential – candidates must have excellent written and attention to detail skills and a natural enthusiasm to work within a busy team.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £35,000 and benefits is on offer
