A leading US Law Firm is looking to hire a new Recruitment Advisor to work in the wider HR, working specifically with the Senior Recruitment Manager on all recruitment needs for the London office. The role will offer agile working 2 days at home, 3 in the office, plus a salary of up to £40,000 is on offer, plus excellent benefits.
Responsibilities for the Recruitment Advisor will include supporting the Recruitment Manager with the full recruitment cycle including helping to screen CVs for shortlisting, coordinating all associated recruitment administration including scheduling in-office, video and phone interviews, coordinating multiple diaries, sometimes across multiple time zones, working with recruitment agencies to ensure diverse shortlists are submitted for new vacancies, supporting with running interviews for some business services roles, reviewing & updating job descriptions, tracking interview data for monthly and quarterly reporting, assisting in managing applications and vacancies on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) system, AllHires, administer assessment tests, collecting interview feedback, owning and manage the recruitment inbox, responding to all queries promptly. Other duties will include creating employment contracts and manage the external background screening process, working closely with the HR team to resolve any issues which may arise, conducting right to work and identification validation checks for new hires, coordinate flights and accommodation for international new joiners in line with the firm’s relocation policy, processing recruitment invoices and expenses on the firm’s internal system, Chrome River.
The successful Recruitment Advisor must have previous recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services organisation / agency, with knowledge in managing recruitment processes. In addition candidates must have strong written, communication and organisation skills, plus the ability to work under pressure. |
