Recruitment Assistant (Lateral Partner Team)

Prestigious US Law Firm Client is currently looking to expand its Lateral Partner Recruitment team in its London office. The firm are looking for a Recruitment Assistant to join them on a permanent basis. They will work alongside the rest of the team and report the Senior Manager of Lateral partner Recruitment. The focus of this role will be to support the wider team providing strong administrative support across all Lateral Recruitment processes and will support both London and US teams, this will include coordination of meeting logistics, research and drafting of white papers, candidate tracking, obtaining interviewer feedback, onboarding, dossier preparation and assistance with interview scheduling.


Alongside supporting Global Teams, candidates will be responsible for management of integration review meetings including meeting schedules and tracking, distribution of materials, meeting minutes and status reports. Candidates will also be required to coordinate department invoices, candidate reimbursement and other team expense payments, and assist with annual budgeting. Thy will also be tasked with the coordination of global tracking documents, analysis reports and data entry, as well as other administrative support for lateral partner recruiting team. Additionally, candidates will also provide instruction/guidance to and supervise the work product of the supporting recruiting team based in the Firm’s Shared Service Centre in Manila.


Candidates will ideally have been educated to degree level and have a working background in recruitment, ideally within a legal environment. Strong administration and organisational skills are a must. Candidates will also be expected to work across multiple time zones and may, depending on the requirements of the firm be required to work overtime. Standard working hours for this role are 9:30am- 5:30PM. Salary for this role is up to £33,000.
