Our international Law Firm client is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to work in the Partner Talent Acquisition team on an initial, ongoing temporary basis. The Recruitment Assistant will work with the Firms Talent Acquisition Managers to accurately and effectively schedule interviews and meetings with candidates and members in the firm. The Recruitment Assistant will need to be a capable administrator to assist with scheduling interviews across partner and TA teams, working closely with managers and candidates to ensure all paperwork and interview administration is done. This will include diary management and direct candidate liaison. Previous experience scheduling would be desirable but not essential, if the candidate is able to follow processes and has strong administrative skills.


Candidates for the Recruitment Assistant role must be immediately available. The role is paying an hourly equivalent of up to £30,000. The firm offer a generous hybrid working 50/50 split. Standard hours are 9:30am-5:30pm.
