Leading US law firm in the City is looking to hire a brand new position, Recruitment Coordinator to work directly with the Fee-Earners and Manager for HR and Recruitment, this role will offer huge autonomous scope and includes both Fee-Earner and Business Services recruitment. The firm is ideally looking for a a self-motivated and detail-oriented. Responsibilities will include working closely with the Manager of Legal Recruitment and Professional Development in all areas of legal recruitment for the London Office (including Partner, Associate and Paralegal recruitment), including liaising with agencies and candidates, arranging interviews, issuing offers and employment contracts, gathering feedback and coordinating background screening and reference checking and working closely with the all areas of business services recruitment, act as a point of contact for all recruitment related enquiries (both internal and external) and respond/escalate as appropriate, maintain recruitment trackers and circulate appropriately, maintain filing for candidate documentation in line with the Firm’s GDPR guidelines, including the online application portal, ensure that all candidate CVs have the Personal Data cover page before being circulated for review, liaise with recruitment agencies to ensure that terms are in place, update and maintain the new joiner tracker, detailing progress on background checks and start date information, assist with the onboarding process with other members of the team, work closely with the recruitment teams in the States to ensure adherence to firmwide policies and processes and provide support with recruitment and HR reporting/projects as required. The firm is looking for applicants with HR/Recruitment experience from within a law firm with the ability of easily shift priorities in a fast-paced and high pressured environment plus applicants need to have a high-level of attention to detail and be proficient across MS Office.
