A top UK law firm housed in stunning offices, is looking to hire a new Paralegal on a permanent basis to join the prestigious Regulatory & Funds Financial Services team to predominately focus on regulated funds and to provide general support across the group. The role will be working 3 days in the office, 2 from home and in addition to an excellent benefits package, a salary of £35,000 is on offer plus overtime.
Responsibilities for the Regulatory & Funds Paralegal will include assisting with all aspects of UK authorised funds, including establishment, changes, mergers, closures and ongoing queries, preparing FCA applications and notification forms, reviewing and processing amendments to key fund documentation, particularly distribution agreements, preparing investor circulars, regular contact with clients and the FCA, supporting fee-earners with their day-to-day work and assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks as and when required.
The successful Regulatory & Funds Paralegal must be educated at degree level, with previous Regulatory or Funds experience within a law firm essential. Additionally candidates need to have excellent written, communication and organisation skills and the ability to work closely with multiple fee-earners. Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm, with a salary of up to £35,000 o offer plus paid overtime.
