Resourcing Advisor – Top 50 UK Firm – Generous Hybrid Working

A leading UK Law Firm is looking to hire a new Resourcing Advisor to work alongside the wider resourcing team, working on all recruitment needs, both fee-earning and business services for the London and other UK offices.  The role will offer 50/50 hybrid working and a competitive salary, depending on experience is available.


Responsibilities will working in collaboration with the resourcing managers, hiring managers and HR business support team with the full recruitment cycle including helping to screen CVs for shortlisting, coordinating video and phone interviews, coordinating multiple diaries, working with recruitment agencies to ensure diverse shortlists are submitted for new vacancies, supporting with running interviews for some business services roles and keeping the PSL up to date. Reviewing & updating job descriptions, tracking interview data for monthly and quarterly reporting, assisting in managing applications using AllHires, administer assessment tests, collecting interview feedback, owning and manage the recruitment inbox, responding to all queries promptly. Other duties will include creating employment contracts and manage the external background screening process, working closely with the HR team to resolve any issues which may arise, conducting right to work and identification validation checks for new hires, processing recruitment invoices and expenses.


Candidates must have previous recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services organisation / agency, with knowledge in managing recruitment processes.  In addition, candidates must have strong written, communication and organisation skills, plus the ability to work under pressure. Standard hours are 9:30am to 5:30pm. This role can be undertaken in any of the firms UK offices offering even more flexibility.
