Hugely regarded US law firm who specialise in Arbitration/Litigation is in need of a highly experienced and qualified bilingual (Russian and English) Paralegal to join their busy London office.  This role will be an initial 4-month fixed term contract with a basic salary of £42,000 + overtime is available. to hire a new paralegal to join the busy team with the possibility of overtime.  In this role you will be highly relied upon, more than just a standard paralegal role as the London office has no Trainees.   – this firm will offer very high-level work, including PQE exposure however an attitude of no job too big or too small will be key.  This role, although an initial 4-months could be extended due to work volumes/particular case so there is the potential for working well in to 2021.  Applicants need to have strong commercial litigation or arbitration paralegal/legal assistant experience and duties will include the collection and organisation of evidence and other important papers for lawyers to review, deeping client files organised and up-to-date in paper and/or electronic format, performing administrative duties (calendar hearings and deadlines, organise case files, manage logistics etc.), supporting associates and partners on general matter management, filing and hearing preparation, including preparation of submissions, document productions, hearings, investigations and the overall litigation proceedings for high profile, multinational clients, copy-check materials and arrange courier deliveries to clients, opposing counsel and tribunals. Applicants will need to strong on MS Office, have experience of filing at court (CE-filing online and RCJ hard copy filing), experience with document review platforms, such as Relativity, running searches, determining Privilege, redactions and review of proposed and disclosed documents, understand the preparation of exhibit, hearing, witness and expert Indices and Bundles.  Standard hours will be 9:00am to 5:30pm + overtime.  Applicants need to have a law degree/GDL and ideally the LPC.  This role will working remotely however a flexible attitude will be required as you may have to pop in to the office/the Courts when required.
