Senior Events Executive – City Law Firm! Hybrid Working!

Our client is a leading global law firm – they are now looking to recruit an experienced Senior Events Executive to join their Marketing & BD team in London.

The firm is looking to hire an experienced senior events executive to implement a busy programme of events, including webinars and seminars, client hospitality and conference participation (including sponsorship activities), both in the UK and internationally where appropriate.

The Marketing & Business Development Department is comprised of teams that look after the regional offices, groups, and marketing operations (including communications, events, graphic design and the CRM system).

You will have previous Events experience gained from a law firm or a professional services firm.

The standard hours are 9.30am to 5.30pm. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 + Benefits. This role is a permanent position, and the client are currently using a hybrid working approach.

Responsibilities as a Senior Events Executive:

• Managing the firm’s calendar of events from end-to-end
• Managing how they align events in line with the strategy of the firm
• Responsibility for producing the quarterly global events dashboard and analysis report
• Develop events in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Work with key stakeholders to define event objectives and thoughtfully design event accordingly
• Ensuring all events are communicated effectively to the business
• Working closely with lawyers, the business development team and the CRM team
• Post-event, measuring success against outlined objectives and providing recommendations
• Support and manage key internal events
• Management of the Events Executive including monitoring performance against objectives

Requirements as a Senior Events Executive:

• Previous Senior Events experience ideally gained from a law firm
• Previous experience gained from a professional services firm would also be advantageous
• Considerable experience in running in person, virtual and hybrid events
• Proven track record of creative and professional event management and delivery
• Excellent project management and administrative skills
• Previous experience of using InterAction and Vuture
• Flexibility in terms of attending events outside of normal working hours
