Our amazing UK law firm client is currently looking for a Senior HR Adviser to join their team and report directly into the Head of HR. This role will have a lot of autonomy and work across all facets of HR being involved in the full employee lifecycle. The core responsibilities for this role will include providing outstanding and proactive HR support to employees and partners, undertaking all general HR processes including – recruitment, preparation of contract documentation, on-boarding, induction, benefits management, payroll, pension and AE processes, annual leave and absence management, employee relations including disciplinary, grievance, redundancy, performance management and salary reviews. Duties will also include undertaking SRA related activities (including registrations and practising certificate renewal), undertaking Graduate recruitment initiatives and trainee-related activities including induction, placements and seat rotations through to qualification, contributing to HR projects, facilitating all L&D initiatives relating to career/personal development, reviewing, updating or creating policies and procedures. Candidates should have previous experience working within a HR Generalist role in a law firm environment. The core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role is paying between £40,000 – £50,000.
