Senior HR Data Analyst – International Law Firm – Hybrid Working

A prestigious International law firm is looking to hire a new Senior HR Data Analyst to join the firm on a permanent basis to be responsible for supporting HR Systems and Analytics.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at Advisor, Senior Advisor or Junior Manager level to work within a collaborative team, offering a huge amount of autonomy and responsibility.  Standard Hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of £55,000 is on offer for an Advisor / Senior Advisor and up to £70,000 for someone at manager level. Responsibilities for the Senior HR Data Analyst will include:

• Providing support for the Payroll and Professional Resources groups analysing needs and resolving issues.
• Assisting in projects to streamline processes and decrease manual efforts where applicable.
• being responsible for learning and increasing proficiency in various reporting tools such as PowerBI or SAP Workforce Analytics, Workday Prism, etc.
• Playing a key role in the development and maintenance of dashboards
• Prioritising reporting requests in conjunction with the Manager of HR Data Analytics & Special Projects and completes ad-hoc data/reporting needs in a timely manner
• Identifying and compiling relevant data from various internal and external sources while ensuring accuracy and data privacy
• Participating in compiling and assembling organizational data, statistics & reports for regulatory and compliance needs
• Playing a role in validating, auditing, and reconciling data between various applications as needed
• Providing a continuous improvement mindset around data quality and automation
• Working with IT and HR stakeholders to assist with data-related technical issues and supports training and communication needs
• Staying informed of GDPR and Data Privacy regulations as a steward of protected HR data

Candidates must have 2+ years previous data analytics / HR processes / systems experience within a professional services organisation, strong understand of the relationship between data, processes, systems and solutions, excellent organisational, written and communication skills and the ability to work alone and with a wider team.
