Senior HR Executive

One of our large corporate clients is looking for a Senior HR Executive to join its busy HR department in their London and European offices. This role will involve providing HR Generalist support on a pan- European basis as well as when requires, providing support to other group companies and business line companies. The candidate will be required to work very closely with the General Manager of Human Resources. This Senior HR Executive role will have a wide remit and be responsible for a full generalist remit. You will also be required to deal with a range of ER issues, experience dealing with these issues is vital. Other duties will include but are not limited to working with team members to produce and review employee manuals, policies and procedures and making sure they are in line with local employment laws- knowledge of European employment law would be advantageous, project involvement and management, providing guidance and assurance to employees.

 

The successful candidate will have strong and proven experience in all of the above-mentioned duties, and ideally hold a full CIPD qualification. You must be well versed in dealing with a number of employees issues and have the confidence and strength to influence others and achieve a preferred outcome through a logical and pragmatic approach when faced with challenging situations, while still being able to maintain emotional intelligence and understanding of others. A positive, can do attitude is a must. Please not although the role is based in London, candidates may be required to travel at short notice.

 

This is a full time position, a flexible attitude must be required in regards to working hours. The role will be paying up to £58,000.
