Globally renowned US Law Firm is seeking a Senior HR Manager to join their London office and play pivotal role in leading the firms HR Department and support the Head of HR.

The Senior HR Manager will coordinate the firm’s policies, performance management and help the firms employees perform at optimum level working closely with the Head of HR. The role will ensure the firms global ethos and policies are adhered to at very possible point and to the highest standard.

 

Senior HR Manager Duties will include:

  • Facilitating effective working relationships across the firm’s various business sectors and departments.
  • Working with senior members of staff to ensure cohesion.
  • Develop and maintain and where possible improve HR, Operations policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Provide strategic and operational support.
  • Assist the Head of HR with salary and bonuses on an annual basis.
  • Running performance review processes and feeding back to the Head of HR.
  • Run reports and feed analysis back to the Head of HR.

 

HR Specialist desired experience :

  • CIPD level 7 would be highly desired.
  • Degree education
  • 5 years HR experience ideally in a Law Firm.
  • Knowledge of HR Systems (e.g. Workday) and other office software, with an emphasis on Excel.
  • Ability to work with utmost discretion.
  • Proven experience of managing employees.
