Leading US law firm with a global brand second to none is looking to hire a new Senior Recruitment Coordinator, this role will report to the Manager of Attorney Recruitment.  This hire will be responsible for coordinating all senior activities and processes related to recruiting efforts for lateral associate hires in the London office. Joining a high profile and highly respected team who have been instrumental in the continued success of the London office, this new hire will use experience and understanding of the recruitment market to contribute to the development and implementation of attorney recruitment strategies.

 

Other key responsibilities include:

 

  • Taking responsibility for all phases of the recruiting process for London associate hires
  • Assisting the Manager of Attorney Recruitment with development and implementation of a strategy regarding the future growth of the London office
  • Working with partners to prepare detailed businesses cases
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, corresponding with incoming applicants and coordinating information for applicant and interviewer
  • Playing a leading role in building new or strengthening existing relationships with key legal recruiting agencies
  • Acting as a mentor and working closely with the Attorney Recruiting Assistant
