Our client is a prestigious UK law firm – they are now looking to recruit a Senior Support Clerk to join their facilities department in London.

Responsibilities as a Senior Support Clerk:

• Providing general administration including preparing trial bundles and liaising with fee earners
• Preparing, scanning, amending and formatting documents
• Collection, distribution and dispatch of internal and external post
• Assisting clients and fee-earners face to face and on the telephone
• Assisting with document storage, archiving and office moves
• Providing hospitality for internal events
• General office housekeeping

Requirements as a Senior Support Clerk:

• Previous Front of House or Admin Assistant experience gained from either a law firm or professional services firm
• Have exceptional organisational and administration skills with excellent attention to detail
• Be an enthusiastic, positive, team player with strong leadership skills
• Have an excellent work ethic and the ability to act and communicate professionally
• Highly competent with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Outlook and MS Teams)

Your hours will be flexible between the core period of 8am – 6pm (on a rota basis), with occasional cover for out of hour events and any emergencies that may arise.

Salary on offer will be £25,000 to £28,000 + benefits, office based 5 days a week.
