Our amazing UK law firm client is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to join them reporting to and working with  Head of Talent Resourcing. This role will be project and strategy based rather than the day-to-day recruitment, with recruitment projects currently including Diversity & inclusion, community building and brand awareness. The core responsibilities for this role will include Identifying the firms resourcing needs and work to create and implement an efficient talent acquisition strategy to improve direct recruitment and business performance. In particular, applying strategies to directly attract diverse candidates to all areas of the business. providing vision, leadership, and oversight in your planning and execution of the strategy, including creation of key goals and measurements to enable a data-led and more informed understanding of how the team and the firm invest its time to maximise the effectiveness of a direct hiring programme. The operational duties will include having oversight of and managing (with the full support of a Talent Resourcing Assistant) business services recruitment together with selective fee earner recruitment.  Candidates should have prior experience working within recruitment and learning & development within a professional services environment, they should also have experience working on recruitment projects across a varying range of areas including Diversity & Inclusion, brand building and recruitment processes. The core hours for this role will be 9.30am – 5.30pm and this role is paying up to £75,000 + Excellent Benefits.
